- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth. For an extra lemony kick, you can add some lemon zest too!
