- 1/4 cup Soju or Shochu
- 1 tbsp Simple Sugar Syrup
- 1/2 cup Soda Water
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Ice Cups
Mix the citrus and liquor together.
Add lemon juice and shochu (or soju) to a tall glass.
Add plenty of ice cubes and stir well.
Add soda and simple syrup. Add about a cup of soda water, then add simple syrup.
Taste and add more until you like the sweetness level.
You can skip it if you're watching your sugar intake.
Stir, garnish, and serve. Stir the drink gently with a swizzle stick or straw.
Garnish with a lemon slice or a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately!
