Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Soju or Shochu
  • 1 tbsp Simple Sugar Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Soda Water
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • Ice Cups

Instructions
 

  • Mix the citrus and liquor together.
  • Add lemon juice and shochu (or soju) to a tall glass.
  • Add plenty of ice cubes and stir well.
  • Add soda and simple syrup. Add about a cup of soda water, then add simple syrup.
  • Taste and add more until you like the sweetness level.
  • You can skip it if you're watching your sugar intake.
  • Stir, garnish, and serve. Stir the drink gently with a swizzle stick or straw.
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or a twist of lemon peel. Serve immediately!
