  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup iced mango
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oat s

Instructions
 

  • Blend the mango and milk until smooth and well combined, about 30 seconds.
  • Divide the remaining ingredients between 2 large jars.
  • Each jar should contain 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Pour the mango milk evenly into each jar.
  • Mix thoroughly by stirring or shaking the jar with the lid on until everything is well incorporated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the mixture has thickened.
