  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • cup canola oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats

  • Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the oats, pecans, walnuts, flax seeds, and cinnamon.
