  • 1/8 tsp Coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 cup Roasted walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 Chopped granny smith apple
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Cup Strawberries cut in half
  • 16 Cups Spring mix salad
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Cup Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • Combine olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, cayenne, and paprika with the chicken.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, cooking the chicken for 5-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  • Allow the chicken to cool while preparing the salad.
  • Layer romaine, iceberg, cabbage, carrots, blueberries, strawberries, apple, blue cheese, roasted walnuts, and granola.
  • Thinly slice the cooled chicken (refrigerated cooked chicken works best) and place on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle with vinaigrette before serving.

Notes

To make Chick-fil-A Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette, combine extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, honey, kosher salt, coarse ground black pepper, and garlic powder in a sealed container. Shake vigorously until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
