Mistletoe Martini Recipe
This festive Cranberry and Sage Martini combines tart cranberry juice, vodka, and aromatic elderflower liqueur with a hint of sage. Sugared rosemary adds a dazzling holiday touch!

- 1 large egg white
- 3/4 c 150 g. granulated sugar, divided
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig sage
- 1 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
- Ice
- Fresh cranberries for serving
Prepare sugared rosemary by coating it in an egg white mixture, tossing it in sugar, and letting it dry for 5-8 hours.
In a pot, combine sage, water, and sugar; simmer until dissolved. Cool and discard the sage sprig.
In a cocktail shaker, combine cranberry juice, vodka, elderflower liqueur, and sage simple syrup.
Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with sugared rosemary and cranberries. Serve immediately.
