  • 1 1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 1/2 cup Apple juice or you can use any other flavor juice or skimmed, coconut or almond milk
  • 1 Sliced banana
  • 3/4 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Garnishing- Mint sprigs and fresh berries

Instructions
 

  • Combine apple juice, banana, berries, and yogurt in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth; adjust thickness by adding up to 1/4 cup more liquid if needed.
