- 1 1/2 cup Apple juice or you can use any other flavor juice or skimmed, coconut or almond milk
- 1 Sliced banana
- 3/4 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Garnishing- Mint sprigs and fresh berries
