Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter, divided, for pan
  • 1 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 2 Medium ripe bananas, thinly sliced
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, sugar, and flour until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes, then whisk again.
  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Melt 1 teaspoon of butter, swirling to coat.
  • Pour in 1/4 cup of batter, swirling to cover the pan. Cook until the underside is lightly golden, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
  • Loosen the edges with a spatula and gently flip.
  • Cook for another 45 seconds until golden. Transfer crepes to a plate and repeat, buttering the pan each time.
  • Warm Nutella until spreadable. Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella over half of each crepe, then layer with 1/4 cup of banana slices.
  • Fold the uncovered half over the bananas to form a half moon, then fold in half again to create a triangle.
  • Dust with powdered sugar, serve immediately, and enjoy!
