Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Cloves garlic
  • 3 ½ cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • ½ tsp Dried oregano, dried parsley
  • ½ tsp Onion powder, dried thyme, salt
  • 1 ½ cups Half and half
  • ½ lb Medium pasta shells

Instructions
 

  • Gather and measure all ingredients before starting.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken broth, half and half, and seasonings.
  • Bring to a boil, then add the pasta.
  • Ensure the pasta is submerged and return to a boil.
  • Cook partially covered as per package instructions.
  • Add broccoli in the last 6 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally with a silicone spatula to prevent sticking.
  • Uncover and test pasta for doneness.
  • If needed, cover and cook longer until pasta reaches the desired tenderness.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese gently with a silicone spatula.
  • Let the sauce thicken while standing.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic bread topped with cheese.
