Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 oz tube of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (or homemade)
  • 16 Oreos plus more for topping
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a greased 9"x9" baking dish, press half of the cookie dough evenly across the bottom.

  • Arrange Oreos in rows on top of the cookie dough layer.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreos.
  • Break the remaining cookie dough into small pieces and place them on top until the surface is covered.
  • Sprinkle about 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos over the top.

  • Bake for 45 minutes, until the center is set and the top is slightly golden.
