  • 2 thick bread slices
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ½ tsp  vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and sugar until frothy.
  • Dip a slice of bread into the mixture, then lift it out and place it onto a hot pan.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip with a spatula.
  • Cook the other side for another 2 minutes, or until both sides are lightly browned.
  • Remove from the pan and place the toast on a plate.
