Ingredients
  

  • 3 Large ripe peaches peeled, pitted, and halved
  • 2/3 cup Mango-flavored white rum I used Captain Morgan's
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Grenadine
  • 4 cups Ice

Instructions
 

  • Combine the peaches, rum, lime juice, and grenadine in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • Add the ice and blend on high until the mixture becomes slushy. Add more ice if you prefer a thicker consistency.

Notes

  • Use fresh, tree-ripened organic peaches for the best flavor. Make sure they have that wonderful peach fragrance.
  • Have plenty of ice on hand. If you want a thicker daiquiri, add more ice.
  • If you can't find mango rum, you can substitute it with lime, lemon, melon, orange, citrus, banana, or pineapple-flavored rum.
