  • 1 package peanut butter chips
  • 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In the top section of a double boiler over simmering water, combine the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  • Stir frequently with a rubber spatula, scraping the sides to prevent burning, until the mixture is fully melted, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the peanuts to the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
  • Refrigerate until the clusters are firm, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.

Notes

  • For extra texture and flavor, consider adding mix-ins like dried fruit, shredded coconut, or crushed pretzels to the peanut and chocolate mixture before dropping it onto the baking sheet.
