Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 medium-sized garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sweet red chili sauce
  • 2tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and you've achieved your preferred consistency.

Notes

  • Adding the water last, allows you to adjust the sauce's consistency to your preference—thicker for dipping or thinner for noodle dishes.
     
  • If you want a spicier sauce Simply increase the amount of red chili sauce and if you prefer a sweeter taste, just add a bit more brown sugar.
