- 1 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Additional confectioners' sugar
Cream butter and confectioners' sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy (5-7 minutes).
