- 1/2 lb Large Torchio shape pasta
- 2 cups Whole milk
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 lb Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 Thinly sliced jalapenos
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook pasta al dente, then set aside.
Melt butter in a large pan, then whisk in flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add milk, whisking until smooth. Cook until thickened.
