  • 7 oz Pepper jelly
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 oz Sharp cheddar shredded
  • 1 tsp Onion flakes
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt.
  • Mix until well blended.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly in an oven-safe dish or pie pan.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the dip is thoroughly heated and melty.
  • While the dip is baking, place the pepper jelly in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the jelly is melted and smooth.
  • Carefully remove the cheese dip from the oven and pour the melted pepper jelly over the top, spreading it evenly.

Notes

  • For those using homemade pepper jelly, approximately one cup is ideal.
  • If a 7-ounce jar of pepper jelly isn't available, using a bit more or less will still work perfectly.
