  • 1 ¼ cup natural peanut butter creamy variety
  • ½ cup unflavored powdered egg whites
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¾ cup non-fat dry milk powder

Instructions
 

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, covering both the bottom and sides.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the peanut butter and honey until thickened.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Then, use your hands to thoroughly incorporate the mixture.
  • The dough will be thick, slightly sticky, and soft.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or until it has firmed up.
