Ingredients
  

  • Lettuce for serving
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Steak marinade
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 16 oz Shaved beef

Instructions
 

  • In a hot skillet, melt the butter.
  • Add the onions, peppers, and mushrooms, and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become tender.
  • Move the vegetables to the side of the skillet (or remove them if your skillet is not large enough).
  • Add the shaved beef to the hot, greased skillet.
  • Using tongs, combine the beef with the vegetable mixture and sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes until the beef is thoroughly cooked.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place cheese slices over the mixture in the skillet and remove from heat.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  • Serve immediately with lettuce wraps.
