- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 Slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup Bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Steak marinade
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 16 oz Shaved beef
In a hot skillet, melt the butter.
Add the onions, peppers, and mushrooms, and sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until they become tender.
Move the vegetables to the side of the skillet (or remove them if your skillet is not large enough).
Add the shaved beef to the hot, greased skillet.
Using tongs, combine the beef with the vegetable mixture and sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes until the beef is thoroughly cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place cheese slices over the mixture in the skillet and remove from heat.
Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Serve immediately with lettuce wraps.
