  • 1 chili-lime seasoning 
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice off the top and bottom of the pineapple.
  • Cut the fruit lengthwise into 8 wedges, then remove the skin and core.
  • Lightly brush olive oil onto the heated grill.
  • Arrange the pineapple wedges on the grate and grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until you see nice grill marks.
  • Sprinkle chili-lime seasoning over the grilled pineapple wedges before serving.

  • For an extra burst of flavor, try marinating the pineapple wedges in lime juice and honey for about 30 minutes before grilling.
