- 14 oz pizza or marinara sauce
- Olive Oil
- 1 pizza dough homemade or store-bought
- 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
- Italian herb seasoning
Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare two baking sheets by either greasing them with oil or lining them with parchment paper.
Lightly dust a clean surface with flour, then unroll the pizza dough and flatten it out.
Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Slice the dough into ½-inch strips, then tie each strip into a loose knot, tucking in the ends.
Place the knots on the prepared baking sheets and top with extra parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 9 minutes, or until the knots are lightly golden, rotating the sheets halfway through the baking time.
Once done, remove them from the pan immediately.
