- 3 cups Milk
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 3 Large eggs
- Cooking spray
- 2 Packages instant cheesecake-flavored pudding mix
- 1 Package red velvet cake mix
- 1 can Cherry pie filling
- 1 1/4 cup Water
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly spray cooking spray on it.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs.
Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
While the cake cools, whisk milk and pudding mix together for 2 minutes and let sit until set, about 5 minutes.
Cut the cooled cake into 1-inch cubes.
Place half of the cake cubes in the bottom of an 8-inch trifle bowl.
Layer with half of the pudding and half of the cherry pie filling. Repeat the layers once more.
Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream.
