- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 7.6 oz bag of Reese's Minis divided
Cut mini Reese's cups into quarters and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add peanut butter and vanilla extract; beat until well combined.
Mix in powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.
Gently fold in Cool Whip until incorporated.
Fold in half of the cut-up Reese’s Minis.
Transfer to a serving bowl, top with remaining Reese’s Minis, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
