  • 2 pears large and slightly underripe
  • 4 tsp runny honey or more to taste
  • 2 tsp unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the pears in half, remove the cores, and leave the skins on.
