Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag of caramels
  • 8 oz Softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Softened butter
  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cup White granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • Beat the mixture until it becomes fluffy.
  • Gradually mix in the flour and graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated.
  • Roll the dough into large balls, about the size of two cookie scoops each.
  • Make an indentation in each ball, insert a caramel, and reshape it back into a ball.
  • Place the dough balls on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  • Gently press each cookie with a glass.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
  • Return the cookies to the oven and bake for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Serve the cookies slightly warm for the best flavor and texture.
