Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or greasing it with butter, then set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, melt the stick of butter in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  • Add the ripe bananas to the bowl and mash them using a fork until smooth.
  • Incorporate the vanilla extract and egg into the banana mixture, using the fork to mix until there are no visible yellow streaks from the egg.
  • In another large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, whisking them together.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture with a spatula, mixing just until combined.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes

  • For best results, use very ripe bananas with plenty of brown spots, as they provide natural sweetness and enhance the flavor of the banana bread.
