Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp. store-bought or homemade vanilla frosting
  • 1/4 c. sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c. lemon-lime soda
  • 2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 1 oz. grenadine
  • Peppermint stick for serving

Instructions
 

  • Spread frosting on the rim of a martini glass, covering about 1/2" of the rim.
