Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces Smoked salmon finely chopped or shredded (I prefer lox)
  • 4 ounces Sour cream
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • ΒΌ cup Capers drained

Instructions
 

  • Chop or shred the smoked salmon, depending on the style you bought.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • Stir in the smoked salmon and capers until everything is well combined.
  • Refrigerate the dip for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.

  • Use Room Temperature Cream Cheese: This makes it easier to mix and ensures a smooth, creamy dip.
  • Chill Before Serving: Letting the dip chill for at least 2 hours helps the flavors meld together.
