Ingredients
  

  • 1 Spaghetti squash cut in half and seeds removed
  • 1 block 8 oz Feta cheese
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 carton Cherry or grape tomatoes halved
  • A handful Basil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 3-4 tbsp Olive oil
  • Kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Place the halved and seeded squash on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt over them.
