Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp
  • 1/2 cup 120ml ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon wedges and fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Shrimp = Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  • Once cooked, immediately transfer the shrimp to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process and chill them. Drain the chilled shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, prepared horseradish, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of hot sauce (if using). Stir until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
