  • ¾ cup  plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 2 cups milk of choice or water
  • 2 cups  pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium orange,
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Instructions
 

  • Combine yogurt, milk or water, a peeled orange, and spinach in your blender.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is fully pureed.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Adjust the thickness with additional milk, water, or ice, and blend again if needed.
  • Enjoy your smoothie immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
  • If storing, stir before drinking as it may separate over time.
