  • 6 oz Strawberry Jell-O box

  • 2 cups Boiling water

  • Prepare Jell-O by mixing it with boiling water in a medium bowl until dissolved and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add sliced strawberries to the bowl with cream cheese; continue beating until berries are finely chopped.
  • Incorporate prepared Jell-O into the mixture using the mixer.
  • Refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes until the mixture begins to set.
  • Remove from refrigerator, add Cool Whip, and beat with mixer until fluffy and combined.
  • Chill in refrigerator for another 60 to 90 minutes until fully set before serving.
