  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil or any neutral oil like corn or canola
  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced

Toppings:

  • Green onions thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Noodles: Follow the instructions on the noodle package, then drain and set them aside.
