- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp dutch or additional regular cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews or macadamias
- 2 1/2 cups strawberries or pitted cherries 250g
- 1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup virgin coconut oil
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup honey, agave OR 1/8 tsp uncut stevia

Pour the mixture into a prepared crust or leave it crustless in a pie dish.
If desired, melt chocolate chips with oil and smooth it over the top.
