- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- 8 oz baby bella mushrooms chopped
- Salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp minced fresh cilantro optional
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tsp truffle oil
Follow the package instructions to cook the pasta until al dente.
Drain and set it aside.
In a pan over medium heat, warm 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are nearly done.
Press the garlic and add it to the pan, cooking until it's aromatic.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the remaining olive oil and truffle oil, then add the cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Toss the pasta and sauté for about a minute.
Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
