Ingredients
  

  • Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 8 oz baby bella mushrooms chopped
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp minced fresh cilantro optional
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tsp truffle oil

Instructions
 

  • Follow the package instructions to cook the pasta until al dente.
  • Drain and set it aside.
  • In a pan over medium heat, warm 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are nearly done.
  • Press the garlic and add it to the pan, cooking until it's aromatic.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour in the remaining olive oil and truffle oil, then add the cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the pasta and sauté for about a minute.
  • Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
