Turkey Bagel Sandwich Recipe

- 4 medium Everything bagels
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 small Red onion
- 1 medium Ripe tomato
- 4 leaves of Lettuce romaine or green leaf
- 1 medium Cucumber
- 1/3 cup Banana peppers sliced
- 4 slices Colby Jack cheese
- 12 ounces sliced Deli turkey breast
Slice bagels in half horizontally and toast until slightly golden.
While bagels are toasting, slice the red onion into very thin rings. Slice the tomato, rinse and pat the lettuce dry, and slice the cucumber.
Lay each bagel half on a clean work surface.
Spread each half with Dijon mustard.
Layer lettuce, turkey, cheese, tomato slice, cucumber slices, banana peppers, and red onion.
Top with the other half of the bagel.
Press down on the sandwich slightly and cut in half. Enjoy!
