Watermelon with Tajin Recipe

Watermelon with Tajin is my go-to summer snack! Tajin, a spicy, sour, and salty seasoning from Mexico, is amazing on everything, but it's especially fantastic on watermelon. It makes the watermelon taste even sweeter and better. And when you put it on skewers, it's even more fun to eat! Tajin on watermelon is the perfect summer treat—it's refreshing, tangy, and so easy to make. Just sprinkle it on and enjoy as a snack or side dish with any summer meal!

Notes

  • Chamoy is a sweet, tangy, and mildly spicy sauce made from pureed dried fruits, hibiscus, and chilli powder. You can use homemade chamoy or buy it from the store.
  • Tajin is a chilli lime seasoning that is salty, tangy, and a bit spicy. You can make your own if you want it spicier or try the habanero version for extra heat.
  • Use seedless watermelon for easier snacking.
