Whipped Feta with Honey Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 oz Feta cheese
- 4 oz Cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 tabsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp minced Garlic
- ½ tsp dried Basil
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 tbsp chopped Pistachios
- 1 tsp finely chopped Chives
- ½ tsp cracked Black pepper
Instructions
- Blend the Cheeses: In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add Flavors: Add the minced garlic and dried basil to the cheese mixture. Blend again until everything is evenly mixed.
- Plate the Dip: Scoop the cheese mixture out of the food processor and onto a small plate or into a shallow bowl. Use a large spoon to create a small well in the center of the cheese mixture.
- Add Honey and Garnish: Fill the well with honey. Sprinkle the chopped chives, pistachios, and cracked black pepper around the edges of the well for a beautiful presentation.
- Serve: Serve immediately with warm pieces of pita bread. Enjoy!
