Today is #BundtBakers reveal day and our special ingredient this month is cinnamon! Isn’t that a yummy one? So many choices! Which is how I ended up baking this dreamy Snickerdoodle Bundt Cake! This cake started with white cake batter. It has a ring of cinnamon in the center and it is topped with a simple glaze sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. That’s a lot of cinnamon, and it packs a lot of flavor. Oh, and it tastes great as a breakfast cake too! Snickerdoodle Bundt Cake

Pan Coating
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Cake
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
a pinch of Salt
1/2 cup Butter
1 3/4 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 1/3 cup Buttermilk
Cake Filling
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Glaze
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2-1cup Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray pan with pan spray. Combine the cinnamon and sugar for the pan mix. Use fingers to sprinkle the mix over the pan and coat the entire pan. Set aside. Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Beat together the butter and sugar on medium until combined. Add vanilla.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each one.
Add the flour and the buttermilk alternately to the batter, mixing just until combined.
Mix together the sugar and the cinnamon for the filling mix. Add 1/2 cup of the batter to the filling mix. Mix together.
Add half of the cake mix to the pan. Top the cake mix with the cinnamon sugar filling mix. Swirl around a little and then add the remainder of the cake mix on top.
Bake cake for 30-40 minutes. Loosen edges with a toothpick and then let cool. Remove from pan and let cool completely.
Make the glaze by placing the confectioner’s sugar in a bowl. Carefully add milk, mixing while adding until you reach a consistency that is thick enough to adhere to the cake, but is not too thick. You want it to drizzle. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a separate small bowl.
Drizzle the glaze over the cake. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix over the glaze!
Enjoy!
