The Freshman Cook: It's a Fiesta for 2 with Old El Paso!

I recently had a fiesta for dinner with Old El Paso and some of their frozen Mexican entrees. All I can say is OLE’! If you are looking for food that is simple to make, easy to put together, and delicious you have found it! I made the Shredded Beef Enchiladas, Chicken Burritos, Steak Fajitas, and the Chicken Quesadillas. Old El Paso

Shredded Beef Enchiladas, Chicken Burritos, Steak Fajitas, Chicken Quesadillas Convenient and delicious meals for two! I added some chips and salsa, whole wheat flour tortillas, and some fixins, like sour cream, chopped roma tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and diced avocados. The grilled steak fajitas were quick to cook, taking only about 10 minutes to sizzle up in a frying pan. The shredded beef enchiladas started in the microwave and then baked in the oven. The chicken burrito was so simple to cook. Four minutes in the microwave, and it’s ready to go! The chicken quesadilla cooked in the microwave, and then  browned in a skillet on the stove. The fajitas were so tasty in the tortillas. The added lettuce, tomato and guacamole helped make them a true restaurant type experience. The burrito was perfect from the microwave, and I dressed it up with sauce, and some yummy fixins! The enchiladas only needed some sour cream and avocado to make it tasty and satisfying. The quesadilla is delicious and the browning in the skillet gave it a professional look and a crisp, creamy flavor. Of course, we added a couple yummy margaritas!
We had a great time and lots of fun eating all of the Old El Paso goodies, and we loved everything!
