  • 1.5 cups Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Water
  • 1 cup Coarsely chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Coarsely chopped pecans
  • 8 cups Rolled oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cover two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe cup, combine brown sugar and water.
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
  • Take it out and stir in vanilla and salt.In a big mixing bowl, combine oats, nuts, and the brown sugar mixture. Mix them well

  • Once the granola has cooled down completely, you can add fruits if you like and store it in an airtight container.
