  • 3 Large Heirloom Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 10 Large leaves of Fresh Basil, chopped
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt

Burrata

  • tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Balls of Burrata Cheese, liquid drained
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Drain the liquid from the burrata balls and set aside.
  • Slice the heirloom tomatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices and arrange on a serving plate, overlapping them.
  • Scatter cherry tomatoes around and over the heirloom slices.
  • Season tomatoes with salt, pepper, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Chop half of the basil leaves and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
  • .Carefully open the burrata balls and place them on top of the tomatoes.
  • Season burrata with salt, pepper, and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  • Top burrata with remaining basil leaves.
  • Pour balsamic vinegar evenly over the salad before serving.
