Equipment

  • A food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg yolks
  • ¾ cup extra virgin Olive oil
  • 4 chopped Anchovies
  • ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon juice
  • ¾ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk the egg yolks until creamy. Or, if you’re using a food processor, just blend them until creamy.
  • If you’re using a food processor, slowly add the olive oil and blend until creamy. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until mixed. If you’re whisking, pour the olive oil in slowly while whisking hard until it becomes creamy. Then, add the anchovies, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice, and mix well.
  • Whisk in the salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese until everything is mixed.
  • Pour the dressing over romaine lettuce, croutons, and shaved parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • Whisking can be tough, so take your time. If it’s too hard, just use a food processor. It’ll still turn out great!

Can You Keep Caesar Dressing in the Fridge?

Can You Keep Caesar Dressing in the Fridge?

You can totally stick Caesar dressing in the fridge to keep it fresh. It’s got stuff like eggs and milk, so the fridge stops them from going bad. Put it in a tight container to keep it tasting good. If you made it yourself, try to finish it in about a week to make sure it stays yummy and safe to eat.

How Long Does Homemade Caesar Dressing Last?

Homemade Caesar dressing usually stays good for about 1 to 2 weeks in the fridge. But to be safe, try to use it within a week. If you wait too long, it might not taste as good. So, it’s better to make just enough for what you need or use it up quickly.
