How to Cook Chicken Kiev without Leaking?

The most common complaint from customers is that the chicken breast leaks when it bakes due to the herb and garlic butter. I’ve tried a lot of different strategies to prevent this, but the one that I find most effective is to jam the chicken breast tender into the space where the herb and garlic butter meet.
