If Looking to elevate your taco night with a plant-based twist? This Crispy Jackfruit Carnitas recipe will transform your meals with its savory, spiced jackfruit that’s crisped up to perfection.

Inspired by traditional carnitas but made with tender jackfruit, this dish delivers the same satisfying crunch and depth of flavor you’d expect from classic pork carnitas. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy a hearty, flavorful meal while keeping things completely vegan!

This recipe pairs wonderfully with Guacamole, which adds a creamy, rich contrast to the crispy jackfruit. And for an extra burst of freshness, serve it with Grilled Vegetables, which bring a smoky, charred flavor that complements the spiced jackfruit beautifully.

Each bite of these carnitas is packed with the smoky richness of cumin, paprika, and chili powder, while the caramelized edges add a delightful crunch. It’s perfect for tacos, burritos, or even a hearty salad topping.
