  • 1 Fine mesh strainer
  • 1 Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Measuring Cups
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cucumber unpeeled and seeded
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill minced fresh, or freeze dried
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper.

Instructions
 

  • Peel and shred the cucumber using a large cheese grater. Make sure to remove the seeds from the ordinary cucumber before grating.
  • Squeeze as much water as possible from the grated cucumber using a kitchen towel or paper towels to keep the tzatziki sauce from being too thin.

  • Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, fresh herbs, and salt and pepper should all be combined in a medium-sized bowl. Store refrigerated until you’re ready to serve!
