Gammon Steak In Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Mustard Wholegrain
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 Gammon Steaks
- 2 tsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the glaze by mixing olive oil, mustard, and honey.
- Pat the gammon steaks dry with paper towels and brush with the glaze on both sides. If you are cooking pineapple rings, brush them with the glaze as well.
- Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Place the steaks and pineapple rings in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes for gammon steaks and 3-4 minutes for ham steaks.
- Flip the steaks and pineapple over and brush with the glaze once more.
- If you are making eggs, mist two silicone molds with cooking spray and add them to the air fryer on top of the ham.
- Cook for a further 4-5 minutes or until gammon steaks register 145°F and 3-4 minutes for pre-cooked ham steaks 140°F.
- If cooking eggs, make sure the egg white is set before removing from the air fryer.
