  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 oz goat cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • 1 cup half and half cream

  • Reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water.
  • For the sauce, melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
