- 3 tbsp Gelatin unflavoured
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Fruit juice
Instructions
- If you're using whole fruit, blend it in a blender to make fruit puree.
- Then, pour the measured fruit puree into a large measuring cup or bowl, adding honey if desired.
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the measured juice and gelatin, whisking constantly.
- Heat until the mixture is warm but not hot to the touch, about 3 minutes, ensuring the gelatin is completely dissolved and the liquid is opaque or clear.
- Combine the juice-gelatin mixture with the fruit puree in the bowl with the spout, whisking to blend everything together, including honey if added.
- Prepare molds by placing them on a baking sheet.
- Carefully pour the mixture into the molds, being cautious not to overfill. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a glass pan.
- e the gummy bears for around 1-2 hours. Remove the gummy bears from the mold.
- Place the baking sheet with molds or the glass pan in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the gummies from the freezer and pop them out of the molds.
- Store the gummies in a container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
