Ingredients
- 4 Plantains
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 3 tablespoon Salt water 3 tablespoon salt in 1 tablespoon water
- 8 cup Water

- Slit the tops and peel the plantains, with greased hands if necessary.
- Pour 4 cup water in a large bowl with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric and stir. Soak the plantains in this bowl for about 30 minutes.
